Just wondering if anyone uses an online vendor for all of thier cleaning supplies. I recently landed a contract and need to get some supplies, any suggestions? I know the local Home Depot carries supplies but where should I go for the wholesale prices? Also looking for cheap vacuums, on a shoestring budget right now so all the help is appreciated. Ray

I buy from several different suppliers. Start by checking out the IJCSA sponsors. One misconception it that you are only looking to buy wholesale. What you really are doing by getting supplies from a janitorial source is that you are getting much more concentrated chemicals than you buy in a retail store. Unless you check the ratios of the mix you are buying than you will not know what the ready to use cost is to you. Example ; you may buy a gallon of window cleaner at retail store for $10. It may make 10 gallons of ready to use which would end up costing you $1 rtu. But through a supplier it may be much more concentrated and even have more chemicals in the mix. A gallon from the supplier may cost you $20 and makes 40 gallon ready to use. Therefore the actual cost to you may be .50 cents a gallon. What i mean by this is that what you may be looking for wholesale may cost you more up front but be cheaper in long run.

We tend to use the janitorial supply stores. They seem to be more cost effective and if you have questions about the type of surface you are cleaning, most have the knowledge to help you.

Start a relationship with a local janitorial supply. Many will give advice freely, provide samples, help with bids and pass along leads, repair the equipment they sell and provide a loaner when your equipment is in for service.
Will the prices always be as low as online sellers? NO. But the benefits will be much more by starting and maintaining a relationship with a local supplier even if you pay a buck or two more.
Once you develop that relationship start looking at some of the online sellers for specialty and other products that you like and cannot get locally.
Home Depot is a retailer and will not provide the benefits of a local janitorial supply. In a pinch I get stuff from HD but I try to avoid them

We started with a local janitorial supplier and then as time moved on and we checked out different products we had to move most of our business to a large national supplier that drops at our office. However, we still deal with the local janitorial supplier at times and have equipment repaired by him. The finishes and other essential s that he supplied couldn't compare in quality with the national supplier. The price points were also less. I will pay more for a product that gives me better quality finished work and more productivity. Bill

It is really much cheaper if you will just purchase on near by stores in your location than purchasing online because there might be shipping fee included.

It is good to hire cleaning company for organizing your office, home or work place. There are so many cleaning companies which provide cleaning services on daily or weekly basis. You can select the one according to your requirement and budget.
They provide floor cleaning, furniture cleaning, roof cleaning, canteen cleaning etc.

I heard about Drytech Carpet_Cleaning company which is good. Their cleaners provide you with the best advice upon inspecting your carpet. They offer a wide variety of cleaning services whether you need to clean your home, office, mattress, rug and others. I have used their services for my mattress, now my mattress is clean and stain free, there are just awesome!
