We furnish this service free. Some companies charge 3.00-5.00 per bed. Patti

I will make the beds for free, but I don't offer the changing service. If someone asked, I guess I would do it for a small fee such as Patti stated above.

Oh ok thanks cause I have a customer who has (5) beds queen size and bigger. The first I did their house which was the initial cleaning it took about an hour just to do the the beds with (1) person. We tooked the sheets off the bed and actually put the new ones on. Each bed had at least (4) pillows and (3) different sheets not including the comforter.

I do it for free also. But I do ask that they have the dirty sheets off, and I'll put the new ones on. Carla

Right now, no extra charge. But if i already gave the client a price without changing beds and later they said they wanted 5 beds done I would raise the price at least 20 dollars.

We do it for free the elderly only. Otherwise, it is just my personal preference not to make beds or change someones sheets. Since everyone has their own personal preference of how a bed is to be made. Perhaps for me it seems just too intimate....Who knows in the furture, I will get over it and offer it as an add on service. i do like Carla's idea of having them strip the bed first.

We change the sheets for free, or we just add a little more to the bid, but if it was 5 beds that would be a little more. What I have found if you do it a couple of times for free then they expect it all the time. It's funny though when you strip the bed and find two pairs of undies at the foot of the bed.

What does everyone else do with the undies, I go to one house that leaves underwear all over the house and this is the mothers. Also, there is one house that we go to that we find condoms on the floor almost all the time.

EEEEEEWWWWW! Seriously. I would place undies in the hamper. The condoms, I would write out a note, the note would say :
Not sure if you wanted to use these again, please call us at the office for further instructions, and place them on their nicest kitchen plate, next to the note.

I would leave both of them on the floor. Leave a note that say's you don't pick these kind of things up do to sanitary reasons. Carla
