Hello,
Can anyone here possibly send me an example of what they send to real estate companies when trying to get move in/move out accounts? Not that I want to go word for word, but I would just like to see an example as far as formatting and professionalism. Please pm me.
Thanks,
Josie

I work with several realtors and brokers. I went in personally and talked with them. I gave them a flyer i had made up myself, and gave them a stack of business cards that they sat out in the lobby's for clients to pick up if they need a new home or presale home cleaned. I asked to be put on their list of cleaners to be called when they had a home that needed cleaned. To be honest with ya,most cleaners that drop off their info, they, the realtors, just chuck the info into the trash because they get so many" so called" cleaners that give them info. So when you go in, be very curtious and social. Really sell yourself. I also let them know i was registered, bonded, licensed, and insured. Most info they get from cleaners aren't from legit businesses. They won't even bother with those because most banks they deal with when it comes to foreclosed home want a busienss that is fully bonded and insured and they usually want a tax ID number as well.
I now clean for 3 real estate agency's. and i also clean the homes of 2 broker's. I was reffered by 1 agency to a local contactor to do post-construction cleaning for him. He needed a cleaner to come in behind him and his crew after they build or remodel. So going in and speaking with them can also lead to other job opportunties.
My flyer consisted of a snappy saying at the top, like " Do you need a property cleaned before you can sell it? Just one phone call to xxxxxx does it all!"
Or something to that extent. then i have a short list of the detail work i do when i clean a foreclosed home /move-in/out or presale home. I Have my company name,my name and # and email at the bottom with my company logo and website.
Very simple.
Good luck!
