Talking with a members yesterday. Uses a janitorial lost and found box, places it in managers office of each account. Everything, change, earing backs, scarves, fancy paper clips, etc ..anything found goes in this box, strictly from the janitorial service. Seems like a nice way to institute trust in the workplace between janitorial staff and employees of the company.
