I have a factory that has at least 8 bathrooms that are in horrible shape. because of them being located on the shop floor. They all have built up grime and grease on the floors, the walls are heavily stained , the bowls and sinks are stained. The walls and floors are painted cement. Does anybody have any recommendations on the best way to get these at least presentable. Thanks for any input yo might have.

I had a similar problem with a building that I clean also. It's a commercial building with lofts rented out to different artist. Some canvas painters, air brush artists, wood designers and so on. 4 floors, 4 toilets on each floor. Mostly cement floors and wall. Some floors had tile, some walls primed not painted. During the walk-Thu I pointed out the conditions in the bathrooms to the manager, and the best way to correct them were to re-paint the floors and walls be sure to use a high gloss enamel commercial paint. I throughly cleaned every toilet the best I could, and the manager had the floors, and walls painted. Now it's a matter on maintaining. I must say the place looks pretty good and the artists that were making the mess are appreciating the service.

I rea;lly think those are some of the best situations to go into as long as they are good payers. The only thing you can do is improve the situation, the worst is already there.
