We received an unusual request via email from a customer who found our ad online. We would like to develop a quotation, however we would like to know how others would go about it. Please find enclosed, the emails that the potential client sent to us. Let us know what you all think.
Email #1: Received yesterday
Hi there,
GOOD DAY..........
I'm going to need your service in cleaning my house .I've been out of the country since the holidays and i wont be back till End of AUGUST and i don't want everything to look like a dusty and rough place upon my return so i've decided to contact you to see if you would be interested in taking care of the house.
I will like the following things to be executed;
1. GENERAL Cleaning
2. Changing of floor tiles
3. Painting.
4. Kitchen cabinet
5. Repairs of some electrical appliances and plumbing work as well.
Do let me know the service you are willing to offer and let me know the charges.
You will be doing this for 2 months and there will definately be no problem with
your salary.My place is located in Montreal.....Where are you located? and let me
know the cities available to your service.
Thanks and do get back to me letting me know your charges and if you would be able to work continous for 2 months.I would need some work reference from you and also where are you located.Its important you let me know where you are located so that i can figure out the distance.
NB:I won't give you the address of my place yet not until we've concluded on the
cleaning arrangements and the time your work will commence.This is my own security reasons and please bear with me.I can only tell you the area location and send you some pics.

Thanx for your response and sorry for my late response which was due to some family issues, i got your message and your POSTING AT CRAIGSLIST.ORG and i must say am glad about your interest. I suggest that WE HANDLE THE FIRST THE CLEANING ASPECT since am not around , it would be best to clean it either once or twice a month.What do you think?.
DO let me know how much it will cost me for a whole month?...Plus cleaning materials.
I will like you to send me a reference.I won't be able make a phone conversation because i have SENSORINEURAL hearing loss for years now but would be able to reply all your messages via email at any point in time.I have sent you the pics of the place.I won't give you the address yet not until i've sent you the keys.Hope you understand.
There are 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms....1 dinning room 2 storage room and 1 living room..THE HOUSE SHOULD BE ABOUT 25OO
