Hi Everybody. I was wondering if any of you have heard of house-ware set-up. Where a company goes in and delivers the furniture, all the house ware needs. All I would have to do is unpack everything, and get it ready for the person coming in. The room is for Interns and so on. If you have what would you charge. It is for a one bedroom and one bath apartment. Carla www.alwaysspotlesscleaning.com

Sounds like a good extra service. Never heard of it before. I guess you would charge an hourly rate, and do you best to find how much stuff is coming for how many people you need, maybe a small management fee on top. Very interesting, let us know how it turns out.

Sounds similar to staging. We have been doing several cleanings recently for people who are getting their homes ready for sale and I've been thinking about how we're missing out on a slice of this pie because others are doing the staging of the home (painting, moving the furniture around, etc.). I'm in the process of trying to find out more, but feel free to add your info, as well. Great idea.

Went and done the houseware set-up. It only took me 45 minutes. You do NOTHING with the house, ONLY the houseware. It's different then cleaning. I think I might like it. The pay is good also. $40.00 for 45 minute work. Carla www.alwaysspotlesscleaning.com
