Got a call from a new client & they want the 35 ft high ceilings in their "cafeteria" cleaned.
Building is one year old & has that dark dust from air vents on the white ceiling ( here & there )
Contact says that the ceilings are a fiberglass / kevlar mix.
Man lift rental will be $180.00.
Does anyone have experience on production rates & procedures for this.
I assume it will either vac up or knock down or a little of both???
I can offer an hourly rate with an estimate of how long it will take, but figured I would ask to see if anyone has done this.

Well, you will need common purpose cleaner and water will be best but use very some soap and ensure to really wring out your flat mop or doodle bug

For ceiling I would suggest that you just make the water of soda and add the water. Make the good mixture of it and apply through the ceiling.

Popcorn ceilings have been around for some time and many were installed between the 1950s and the '80s. They became popular because they are quick and simple to install, and cover up flaws in the ceiling

Most stucco ceilings are white and can quickly look dirty. The rough "popcorn" texture of a stucco ceiling is attractive to many homeowners, but it makes it an ideal gathering place for spider webs and dust.

First remove all the cobwebs from the ceiling using a long pole. For ceiling cleaning you can use a vacuum cleaner with a long extension to reach the ceiling with a brush tip. While washing the ceiling you should cover your furniture to prevent it from getting ruined.
