I also have a 100,000 sq ft building new construction clean up its a supermarket that I need to give a quote on
I would love to hear some comments on this thread
I dont do the work myself I have people working with me. This process should take approx. 1 month.....does this sound right to anyone out there with experience and what would you charge for a building like this?

They haven't built it yet but I do a lot of construction clean ups for this company so they will be expecting me to Bid on this one ..but I have never done a building this big before. It is a upscale supermarket in an upscale neighborhood
