Based on a article at American Chronicle along with several articles available online. Many consumers that are planning on hiring a cleaning service for their home (i would also say for their business) are instructed to review the following. If you are starting a service or have a service you should review and make sure your service meets the following. Bonding- They want protection against theft. Insurance-They want protection against accidents. References-They want to make sure there paying for a good service. Employee screening and hiring-They do not want felons or criminals. Cleaning products- Quality clenaing products, many want safe products. Equipment- Quality equipment in good condition. Satisfaction- They want to be satisfied with your service. Quality assurance- They want someone following up, to insure things are done right. Guarantee- They want a remedy if they are not happy. Taxes- They want to make sure they are not going to be liable come tax time. Is there any specific request for information that you have encountered? That is not listed above?
