Lots of factors involved here. A lot depends on your productivity (how many square feet you do in an hour, how many square feet the home is, what types of surfaces you will be cleaning, etc.) and what the going rate is for your area.
I will share my rates and breakdown for you off my website:
if I recall correctly and my caluclations are right try to stay between .055 and .07 per sq" (depending on what area you are located in) I am located in NC so ajust your price according to your area, Always set a bottom line price. that is the number you cant go below "just to walk in the door" how many girls?, driving times? and cleaning times? these are all numbers you must factor in
