When doing a Carpet Cleaning Estimate, do you fully guarantee that all spots will be removed, how do you word this into your estimate?

Let them know that you may not be able to get the stain to go away. Write it all so.

As a Carpet Cleaner I Honestly tell them that I cannot guarantee that all spots can be removed. Some Spots and Stains are very difficult to handle since Stains Stain to loose Fibers of the Carpet. In General Black spots or Marks can be removed. We get paid by Removing KoolAids or Red Spots, Gum and Rust. As for Black Filtration along the Edges of usually White Carpeting the Process is hard so I tell our Clients if they are really Serious about taking that off it is a quite expensive.( Black Filtration are dirt and dust from ventilations acquired from Airflow. All Airflow inside a room tends go upwards bumping the Ceiling and goes down the Walls. That Creates Filtration along Edges in Carpeting.More info about this....)
