I have a sub contractor that is supposed to clean our computer systems rooms; he has tacks that are done weekly, and task that are done monthly. I just started working as the custodial manger. I had found out that the monthly task such as high dusting have were not done. He told me that the occupants in the office sometimes refuse to let him work. I have request that we pick out a day each month to do the monthly tasks, but he said he does the monthly tasks a little at a time along with the weekly tasks. I don’t like this set up because I think things will get over look doing it this way. Do you guy agree? Or do you think it’s ok do the monthly deep clean a little at a time?
