O.k. I am experimenting with this method. We did it in a clinic where the carpets were lightly soiled at worst. We did it in a clinic that had a ton of spots. We just did it yesterday at a smaller commercial building that has committed to having traffic lanes & kitchen done monthly.
Yesterday seem to go well, we will see after the next 2 vacuumings. The clinic with the stains has given poor feedback, many stains have not faded away like I hoped? I will be working on that location this week & see whats going on.
Do any of you use this method?

by Whitticare or something C?
Update: looked at clinic & I only need to work out a few spots. Commercial building gave us great reviews. I will use this method whenever I can.

my take from that article was that some HWE guys use encap solution as a fiber rinse to hep prevent resoiling? Doesnt the solution need to be agitated? I am thinking that after 9 yrs doing carpets that i will finally have different pricing & procedures for different carpets. One for encap only & one for restorative shampoo & extract ( with possible a encap rinse ) Whatcha think?

when i did encap with my low speed, I used Releasit Encap-Clean DS,. some of the spots came back. I ended up just going back and hit it with the spotter extraction, with some traffic lane chemical. but i found out after some reading on it. if you take some of the releasit, and mix some 50/50 in a small spray bottle and spray the serios spots with it. it will stop them from coming back.
