My machine is great If I had the choice to do it all over I would choose the same choices. If you would like to know more about subjects that you clean like the carpets, and Floors etc just go to the supplier store where you get you cleaning product s and you will find that most of them do the class's there selfs for a pretty good price. Here in Vancouver,WA Here all the Janitorial supplier store all do class's like for Don don they show you every thing there is a class I will be taking son the shows you to take bleach out of colored carpets and other stains mostly the stains you would never think you could get out you can. I love the classes and then you are certified after that and you have the rite to charge more for your service and when you show them you can get bleach, Colors, etc you will be very busy just because you are showing them some thing you never thought could never be done. I hope the best for every one there is enough business for every one, Some time in you life do a free cleaning for an elder of barter only because not every one an afford things but they can donate there services. The best filling you can every do is help some one that can't do or help there selfs.

I suggest that you visit your local janitorial distributor to see what they have to offer, or you can visit the IICRC website www.iicrc.org for specific info on all the certification courses available. I also agree it will stregthen your ability to perform, and provide you with the knowledge to educate your customers.
