When doing window washing do you determine your prices by panes or actual windows, and when dealing with a customerdo you explain to them the difference?

Good Question , we charge by panes, and its a literally a (pain) ... we do alot of phone estimates for window washing and have the customers count how many windows they have and then we multiply by 1.75 a pane.. Im think of changing though to a chart like 1-25 windows $50.00, 50-75 windows 100.00 because it is very complicated to have customers count..

I know these are old posts but I'm trying to get as much info as I can on doing windows & blinds. I'm wondering if you guys have varied from this method - charging per pane or a set price per window? If a set price, how does that work with varied window sizes? Thanks! Lisa Time Solutions Cleaning & Errand Services www.timesolutionscleaning.com

Mike,
Just curious - can I ask what state you are in? That sounds pretty low compared to what I've read from others.
