To some of you powerhouse cleaning and janitorial services in here. I know everyone is busy.. but if you have a couple of hours a week to be a tutor. Find a newbie in the forum. Contact them and offer to adopt them for a couple of months. Of course they dont have to be from your state, they can be anywhere. You can teach them the ropes and inform them of what they should and should not do. Rebuild your business through another company, let someone learn from your mistakes When you do adopt a service, send the newbie a PM or email, if they want your service, then place the link to this members profile in your profile as: I am the Mentor of usacleaning.proboards30.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=cleaner Only condition is that this Newbie, after you release them from tutoring, has to do the same for another newbie. The newbie that you are mentoring should also place a link in their profile stating they are being mentored from you. If you are a newbie and would like some personal training post here what type of help your looking for, and how much time a week you have for training.

Important notes: Newbies you may also send a PM to the member that you want to be mentored by. Also if your a full IJCSA member once you have a dedicated trainee, give the newbie access to the members area for forms, information, discounts, etc to get them started. Make sure you have a truly dedicated newbie first. I think this is ok as some of the best info is in their, and the code is being changed monthly, and only full members will receive the code change, which you can transfer to your newbie. Well I would adopt all three of you... you all sound lovely. My time is devoted to many though, and not a single member. Dont worry Newbies a Mentor will come by and snatch you up. Till then ask as many questions as you want in the general areas?

I would like to have a mentor also, mainly for asking questions when I run into a problem or hear of something I don't understand. Thanks!

Crisp and Clean, Someone will come and take you. I think you should put some thought into that name, when I see it I think of beer or laundry soap.. mmm..... maybe a reference to beer may improve sales.

OK we'll be glad to help just remember that the one we adopt will have to be a latch key child, we're busy with the huricane clean up and our regular clients right now. just PM us and we'll get back asap.

Hey, You guys are funny! I'm afraid I'm going to get hooked on IJCSA thread. This is not only a learning experience but also entertainment. I'm Sparkles, a newbie. I came on board yesterday and am fascinated with the amount of usable information that I've obtained already. I haven't posted a biographical introdution of myself yet. I must try to navigate my way back to that page. It will be coming soon.

O.K. I like the idea. We do commercial cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, window washing etc. Been at it for 9 years & my wife & I run it together. We have some good stories & learned a few things along the way that I can share. We have been making some changes the last year & learning as well, so we can share that also. I think a "newbie" penpal would be great, & I bet I could learn something as well. my email is brian@ecbsclean.com
