I nevr did the enterprice car rental. i can imagine its just like any place, sweep and mop, vacuum carpets, empty trash, dust, clean bathrooms, clean front entrace door windows. just gotta ask the same questions as all of them
do you want us or do you supply the paper products? how many cleans per week? what was the problem with the last cleaners? (thats so you don't repeat what they did)
I clicked on your link for the webpage but it doesn't show..
good luck on the walk thru

We do 2 locations for them. 2xs@week. Normal janitorial, they supply all of the paper and soap products we supply all of the chemicals and labor. We bill them bi-weekly and get paid from corporate in about 1 week from invoice. No problems except that they only want twice a week and the bathrooms are pretty bad when we get there.

remember that every office is different.... even if they are the same company but different branches. figure out for yourself the expenses you will incurr and the profit you want to make after you figure how long it will take to clean. you can do this! think about it.

they sent my info to corporate and I have to meet with them. they could've to me that before hand. so, basically all this is is figuring, nd time, employee expenses and taxes, and add profit right? I know I have to figure insurance and supplies inthere sumwhere. I pay $610/year in insurance, so I would just add that into the total correct? I think I'm finally on the right track...maybe
