Question for those of you who complete inspections for quality of work. How often are you performing inspections? Are you making customers aware of the results? If there is something bad noted are your supervisors correcting the problems and how are you dealing with problems with the cleaner? thanks

For me it is according to the employee I am inspecting behind. On new employees I inspect about every three days or more if they are missing a lot. Once they prove they know the job and are doing it then I slack off. I have a three employees that I never inspect behind. They have been working over 2 years. IF I do find anything on inspections I never call it to the attention of the client. I just hope they never noticed anything wrong. If on third inspection the cleaner is still not performing their duties I usually fire them. You should not have to show someone something 3 times. thats just my opinion.
