Hi All! First let me say happy holidays!! My question is this. I want to hit the marketing really strong to get commercial jobs in. But being that it's the holidays, new year coming, etc. What can those experienced companies suggest. Should I kind of hold back and let the holidays pass or send packages out now and follow up after the new year???

Well, I'm no expert. All of my customers save one (crossing fingers for a second) are residential. Here's my thoughts, though. Go ahead and hit them with your most creative. Most companies probably won't do anything until after the first of the year, but if they remember you when it comes time to choose somebody, your patience will pay off. Plus you competitors may be thinking it's the holidays, we'll wait until after the first.
Can't go wrong by doing it now.

Some companies out there may be looking for new cleaning companies to take over after the first of the year. Even though it is the holidays , you should be pushing yourself. Thats my thoughts. Who knows, one of those companies you contact may be looking now and may hire someone to start on the New Year. Wish you the best. Dan
