Can anyone help me out. I just finished doing a final clean and windows on a city hall and they want me to do the cleaning on a on going basic.........What do we charge? Help Help. Never done cleaning on a on going basic. 26 offices 4 small bathrooms 10 by10 area 2 big bathrooms 15 by 30 Breakroom Conference Rm Kitchen area Court Rm Storage Rm Utility Rm 2 Lobby area 1 up 1 down In all the rooms vacuum floors empty trash wipe doors, chairs, counters, outside cabnets, sinks, mirrors, urinals, toilets, stalls, sweep and mop floors Total sq ft of building is 23,865 but we are not doing the police department, so take off about 3,000 sq ft. New total is 20,865 sq ft. We are doing it once a week. Can anyone help me with bidding this job. We really want this job. Thank you and God bless Joseph www.classactioncleaners.com

Yuk, once per week. I assumed it would be at least 3X per week.
Even though you probably have some nice open halls that would speed up cleaning times, with it being only once per week we would bid at around:
$500 - $ 600 per month.
I figure 3000 - 3500 sq ft per hour.
