First a little inspiration. Your one week away from Thanksgiving. If your holding your accounts in a decent manner, things are somewhat up to par. Your going to hold your accounts through the holidays. The psychological factor of firing you or your incompetent service over the holidays is too much for the customer to bear.
Now the fact! If you are giving your customer less than great service and performance. Watch out come January 1st they will switch fast, faster than you can say Christmas Turkey.
Now the Kick! You better get to these accounts and go out of your way to make sure everything is great. You better open up the line of communication with your customer to insure they are happy. You better drop by with a adequate holiday gift and wish them good cheer over their holiday season.
If you don`t... you might as well consider yourself good as gone now.
Another Kick! Commercial accounts that are unhappy with their current service provider are planning and plotting the switch. You better get out there and do some cold calling. Using the approach of "We are ready to be your service provider for the New Year", "We would love to write you up a bid, to be your service provider next year".
"Boy, we can do wonders for your building, take care of the things your current service provider is missing. Let`s get together after the holidays and review your current service compared to my service"
This kick in the old arse is designed to keep you out of the holiday relaxation mode and focused on your business during this most critical time, so you can enjoy many holidays to come.
If your butt is stinging, enough said. You will have a good New Year.
