We stripped out a VCt floor today that frustrated us to no end. The floor itself was not in bad shape but had severe tilt to it in at least 3 places. Try to lay the stripper on the high side and it would run down and puddle at the other side of the room. Finally had to do one side of the room with 3M Troubleshooter baseboard foaming stripper. For the floor vets out there, anybody have any other suggestions.

try next time applying the solution in the for of a light mist and allow the solution to emulsify the finish that way. it should not run if the mist is small enough. in this case i would definitely apply the finish w/ a flat microfiber mop after i applied finish to all the outside of the work parameter. if the parameter was too big i would do it in grid sections. i hope this helps.
