I would really like a stab at this. Of course without seeing it in person it is a bit of a guess but I have bid on a ton of stuff like this. At $790 a month and one clean a week you are talking about gross billing of $182.45 a clean. I arrived at this using this formula. # of cleans per week X 52 / 12. Since a few months have five weeks you average 4.33 cleans per week. Our company guidelines dictate pretty much a minimum cleaning rate of 1,200 sq ft an hour + 3 minutes per fixture (toilets, sinks urinals, mirrors, etc..) From your post I assume 10. Now to be generous I have done a few body shops so let's figure 800 sq ft an hour (very slow) which is 4 hours with 10 fixtures. Thats 4.5 hrs per clean. If my math is right today that is 40.54 dollars an hour gross maybe more.
The question is are they taking multiple bids? If so based on the above math you are going to come in around double what some of the national guys are going to bid in my area which is a fairly large city. Now again I can only go by the info you gave. If they aren't taking other bids and you do get this, I would make very sure that they are so happy that when one of the dreaded national franchise companies which would probably bid it at $400 max telemarket them they hang up and won't even consider making an appointment. Now of course that is just my perspective and I would be really interested in hearing what some of the other guys have to say about it.

I would estimate 3 to 4 hours. ( this is only an estimate and opinion without seeing or knowing all specs) IF it was extremly heavy on dust/dirt/trash then estimates would be higher. If they furnish supplies it would be $100 wk x 52 = $5200 divided by 12 = $433.00 mo. If I furnished supplies it would be $150 wk x 52 = $7800 divided by 12 = $$650.00 mo.
This is based on around $25 hr. My goal would be to get in done in 3 hours once I got it into shape, then the profit would be more.
