Hi everyone. I am about to submit a bid for a small commericial job and wanted opinions on what I've come up with for my bid! Here are some details: All carpet, desk to be cleaned and phones to be cleaned & sanitized. Small entry - one desk, lamp, one small table, 2 chairs, microwave and microwave stand - dust, vacuum Very small office for supplies and one computer (not occupied) - dust, vacuum 2nd office (small) - vacuum, dust 3rd office (average size) - vacuum, dust 4th office (average size) - vacuum, dust, clean glass door 5th office (average size) - vacuum, dust, clean glass door Conference room - conference table, 6-8 chairs, bookshelf - vacuum, dust Copier room (medium size) - 7 file cabinets, bookshelf - vacuum, dust Hallway w/ small table - vacuum, dust 2 men's bathrooms - one with shower 1 women's bathroom They want this basic cleaning done every other week. I figured $180.00 / visit. Any suggestions or opinions? Thanks! Lisa

Hi Kevin. Wow! 60-75, really?? I had figured approx 5 hours and then added a little to that. I'm a one-person business right now so it would be just me. I've heard 2 other bids they received were in the 150 - 200 range but they accepted the person who was cleaning for them in another office @ 55.00 This was after I was told this person did not do a good job for them!!! Oh well - I guess win some, lose some!

I have an office just about the this same size i go twice a week it takes me 2.5 hours and my price is $200 a week and they supply everything have had the account 3 years now
