Today I am going to not only remember it, I'm going to share it with everyone I work with and meet today. We all need a little motivation To keep everything alive, exciting and moving in a positive direction.
I'd like to Thank everyone on this board for all the Tips, Answered Questions, Advice and of course Motivation ! Have a Beautiful Day!

We use backback vacs for hard floors our large homes. They do a great job. There is a problem in smaller homes and tight places as you tend to hit furniture behind you. We love them!

We just booked a residential clean out with unfinished Natural tile shower stalls. Does anyone know what would be best to clean them with. Owner has been cleaning with plain water so not to ruin them. Not really doing the job. Lots of soap scum and some mold. Thanks for any help. Marsha

We went out to give the quote for the De-Clutter. Definitely an exaggeration by the Realtor. What she called De-clutter was hair spray, mouth wash, perfume etc. Lots of it but by no means a need for a De-clutter quote. We quoted $250 for the cleaning and got a weekly for $125 until the house sells. Thanks, Marsha

One of the Realtors we work with called today and wants us quote prices to one of her clients. She is asking for a regular cleaning quote for a 2500 sq. ft. house and a quote to declutter. We've never given a declutter quote. The quote we will give for the cleaning would be between $175-$275 depending on condition. And it sounds like more towards the $275. What are some of your thoughts for decluttering? The house just went on the market. Realtors taking picture tomorrow, a couple living their still. This is one we might have pass on, but this Realtor is usually very good to us. Thanks for any help. Marsha

We have just gotten a few residential cleanings in a fairly new development. The shower stalls are all huge with the multi shower jets from the back wall. The water turn is also deep into the shower. No take down hose spray and it doesn't look like the owners would want to put one in. These are very hard to clean without getting soaked. Wondering how everyone is working around this problem. Have a Beautiful Day! Marsha

Not far behind you Patti. We going to increase our prices next week. I can't believe to cost of gas. Definitely taking a bite out of profit. Is it possible to go up much more? I'm going to check out Kevin's letter. Marsha

Hi Nunu When I first started I tried to give prices over the phone based on a typical houses. I found that there was no such thing. And by having to change a stated price after seeing it customs thought that the stated price was a come on, which it may have been. Now I tell them that we have to meet and talk about their needs. By being able to selling me first then the servive I get what the job is really worth. And usually a loyal customer. Welcome! Your going to love it here! Marsha

Its also possible that she has no other cleaning company and just wants the bedroom cleaned. We've given many quotes to people who say they have recently had a cleaning service, and I can tell their place hasn't been cleaned in about 20 years or so. I once had someone ask for a quote for a bi-weekly cleaning. She told me she had another company cleaning the other bi-weekly. This was another time there was no possibility of any cleaning done- ever.

Hi Stephen What Linda said is exactly how I got my insurance. I'm in Florida and I have 1 million limited liability for a little over $700 for the year. There was a few questions asked, but I didn't have to lie. I pay less than $200 per month. Good luck with you search, Marsha
