I recently joined the forum and the IJCSA, and would like to ask the group for some help! I was with one of those franchises and learned the business of cleaning very well, and serviced some very large accounts on their behalf. After 1 ½ years of being broke not profitable I walked away form them! I was contacted recently by one of my old clients thought the franchise and asked to submit a proposal ( I have spoken to my legal team and have taken all the precautions, so that side I am not concerned about), however, I have prepared this proposal based on what I know about this account it includes 5 day a week clean for a 80,000 square feet health care facility. My proposal includes all cleaning, with the exception of Waxing/Stripping which I will add an addendum to the proposal for 2x a year. They have also requested an initial clean, as they are so unhappy with the franchise company that they want me to bring them up to standard in which I left them last August. My current proposal is $30K per month, is this too high? It is a very remote location in NJ, and I will provide my staff with transportation to arrive to the location as there is no public transportation to this area.
Thanks for your help!
