Measure the square foot, length x width you can do the full exterior of the building or inside cleanable areas.

When bidding an account I would recommend that you also state your payment terms. Our terms are net 10 days and we bill for our service on the first of the month that we provide service or IN ADVANCE.
All of us are in a service business, just like the phone company. Since the phone company bills for local service in advance (and they have a lot more money than we do ;D) then I feel that we can!
Really, if you think about it you pay a lot of things in advance: Rent a house or an office you pay in advance, you pay your car or truck your lease payments are paid in advance, you also pay for paging, cellular service, even when you are watching a movie you pay in advance.
