Just got this opportunity to clean for a bar this all he wants done: 2 bathrooms, sweep floors (people throw peanut shells on floor), air vents cleaned every 2 weeks (there is only 2 of them), ceiling fans, pictures on walls, pull everything out from under bar and clean, porch area. He will supply cleaners, and shop vacuum. 7 days a week. Of course doing after closes.
How to charge for this? I really don't know if i want to commit to cleaning that late at night and since i can not find any will cleaners out here that really want to work.
I'm just curious

He mentioned to get it done by 10 am I don't think i should commit to since it is only me is what i am saying because i usually have alot of my cleans or appointments for potencial customers in mornings. I would be worn out. Am about to get some construction cleans too.
Don't believe would be worth my time. He did not say about mopping, it is old wood floors, he would not tell me the footage but he does not want me to do the kitchen thank god. This place is not that big believe would take around 2 hours, first clean probably a little longer.
Just sweeping porch area. I did ask him to write up his list of what all he wants done on nightly and weekly basis because he said i know i've missed some. So not certain but what i mentioned, he probably will try to stick me with more huh.
Didn't think about the holidays to ask about good idea.
hope this answers questions you asked

i would charge 35 ' hr for cleaning bars. don't forget about the drunk people peeing all over the seats and floor in the bathroom. i would give any breaks here. it will be easier to deal w/ if you know you are making cash.

Let it be known ;D, I have always made it to the bathroom of the bar, and used it properly. I have never been to Maine, but it sure sounds like a good time
