My Friend its the.same bid as you bid on all Commercial Cleanings. Its either you use by square Feet,by the Room or by the Hour its all on your Discretion as long as you bid at a Fair and Reasonable Price and Most importantly you dont lose Money.

My uncle bids on banks by the day, so much a day. At least for the branch banks. With the advice of others the bid is around $30.00 pmh. It usually takes around 2 hours a day depending on what services you are offering on a day to day basis. I would like to send out some proposals for the branch banks in my area. The main banks take around 6 hours for 2 people a day. That's the hours we worked anyway when I was working for my uncle. We also worked saturdays. This did not include windows (except spot clean) or the floors (strip/finish), carpet cleaning.
