What are the mandatory forms you have with you at all times or take with you to give to each new client?
I so far have made up check lists detailing each service (move-in/out, maintenance, etc. cleanings), welcome letter to "draw" the client in and explaining my cancellation policy, a form to be filled out at the time of walkthrough with detailed info. about the property, a price list with a general idea of the costs of each service, as well as a listing of each chemical product that will be used.
What else should I consider coming up with?
What are the most needed and requested forms and information?

I think that you have a good handle on what you need. Maybe take back a draft of the work to be done for the clients signature/information so if can be referred to later "IF" there are any complaints. Otherwise good job.
