I am in major need of help.
I wanted to use Sparkle & Shine as my business name but am now having second thoughts. It is used up so many times and doesn't make me or my future company stand out from the bunch.
So, instead of Sparkle & Shine, I was thinking something like Bliss Cleaning or something with the word Bliss in it.
My middle name is Bliss, so it makes it more personal too.
Everyone is probably sick of my questions by now, but I could really use some help on this one.
I just got a bunch of logo conecepts back today and dislike all 7 of them and they're in the Sparkle & Shine name.
Help? Please?

take a deep breath sista-grrl...hehe...it's really not that bad....
Now this is just MY opinion...I like Sparkle & Shine, but you're right, it's not going to stand out from the bunch. I wish now that I could go back and change my name, I was just Kim's Kleaning for awhile but I changed it because I didn't think it was very professional and there are probably 4000 other services out there with the same name. So, Pure Sparkle Cleaning Service was suggested to me and I needed to put something on my flyers in a hurry. I think now, it is too feminine for doing commercial. I don't think a name should reflect your sex at first hearing of it, it should be neutral. Now I have so much invested using that name, I can't change. I'm sure a lot of people on here have a similiar story.
Oh, and I like the Bliss name....are you just residential or do you do commercial too? Howabout Bliss Building Services...that kinda has a ring to it.
Good Luck!

I am not sure about commerical but did offer that in a few ads I ran and didn't get a lick of commerical work offered to me. So, residential seems to be where the work is at. I think many commerical places around here hire their own janitors. Bliss Building Services sounds very unisex and I may consider it. For now, I think I might use Blissful Cleaning which is what I told the logo designers to change it to. We'll see how it works out when I get the new concepts back .

or Blissful cleaning corperation I love both suggestions and was thinking of them myself. I bet the logo guys won't be so thrilled when I tell them about it ;D Can I still put corporation or co. at the end without being regstered first?
