Does anyone know how to register for an EIN# and what to do to register a business name in Illinois?
I am so lost with the on-line information. It is very confusing!

Well, I don't know much about registering a business name in Illinois, but visit your Secretary of State website and it might help. And you can apply for a EIN online or over the phone.
