here is a bid I proposed for a dentist office. Does It seem fair? I know it is hard without seeing the place. It is about 2200 sq ft. I also offer him a deal if he signed on within the next week I would knock 50% off his first week. a savings of $75. I told him these prices were good for the next 30 days. Does this proposal look good to you guys? did I charge too much?

Services included in per unit price:
Front Lobby Area: vacuuming all carpeted area, clean front glass doors, mop entrance way, organize magazines and children’s area.
Trash removal: all 5 patient rooms X2, break rooms, restrooms, reception office area X2, large trash and small trash in work rooms, Dr.’s office. Replace all trash liners with new ones.
Restrooms X2: sanitize and clean sinks and toilets, polish all chrome work, clean mirrors, mop floors.
Vacuuming: all carpeted area throughout entire office, i.e. patient rooms, Dr.’s office, front entrance and reception areas.
Once a week all other tiled areas not stated above will be mopped, dusting of all recessed lights, door frames, wall fixtures, window sills and blinds, lobby furniture, all walls dusted.
This service shall be provided 5 times a week at a cost of $30.00 per unit for a weekly price of $ 150.00. These prices are good for 180 days from signing.
This agreement may be cancelled at any time per the request of Dr. XXX XXXX
All trash liners, cleaning products and materials will be provided by CLEAN SWEEP.
