started my own company while working for another cleaning co. Made owner aware that I was starting. She was fine with it. Signed a non compete clause in beginning saying I wouldn't contact clients during employment or for 12 months thereafter. A client that has left for 3 weeks now, found out I was cleaning on my own and has asked me to clean for her. I still work for the company she used to have clean. Is this a conflict? Any advice?
