Hi,
If you have 2 people cleaning one house, how do you pay them to make a profit?

You have this a bit backward, before you bid the job you should have calculated the # of hours to do it based on a two man crew, then calculated what your crew costs you wages +employer expenses added in the cost of materials and /or amortized cost of equipment + the profit that you want to make. This is the price to charge the customer.
