Placing a classified ad

Amy from Alabama here, I am in the process of deciding on what text I want in my classified ad for our local paper. Should I list on the second line what kinds of cleaning I do, or just on the first line: Professional, Affordable House Cleaning Services; then on the next: Call for a free estimate and my number. Any advice would be appreciated.

A good idea for your classified is list something that you do that other companies don't do. Example: (Exceptional service and attention to detail is what seperates us from the rest.)
Or you can put a couple of items in that you do for free that others charge for.
