I was interested in knowing how you all price move in/outs.
Do you all do it by the square footage of the home and cents per square foot?
Please help me, I will be getting alot soon, and I need help,

i charge $24 to $ 25 dollars an hour also when placing move in / move outs try to add more work like window cleaning and carpet cleaning always go the extra mile for more services also pressure washing drive ways to remove oil and grease you will see they would do services like this cause realators will always try to sell the homes if they look more cleaner and realtors will use you more often. if you have more questions please feel free to email me at mfloresclean@yahoo.co

I have been charging $150 -$200 for Move-In -Move-Out. Iam a individual cleaner & clean them myself. It works out about $40 hr. Is that about right for New Haven Ct area? It costs alot to live in Ct!
There's alot of student & underbiding competition here. When Realtors call they freak at my prices. Some people think it's reasonable others outrageous.
I used to work for Merry Maids for 2 years & have been cleaning on my own for 15 years part time. It's hard dirty work but somebodies gotta do it!

Well. Here is some of my personal experience. I have been doing make readies for a small apartment community. For a small studio apartment around 500-600 sq ft the charge is usually $125. For a 1 bedroom under 800 sq ft the charge is $175, just add $50 for each additional room.

I charge $30.00 per labor hour...so two people is $60.00 per hour. Most customers try to give me a limit like no more that 8 total labor hours... I find up selling a move in is easier than a move out unless the move out is payed by a landlord. just don't sell your self short! Leslie www.BioRecoverySolutions.com
