Do you have a Business Plan on Paper?

I'm just finishing my business plan and was wondering if everyone else has one.

I found it difficult to do when I first sat down a few months ago to do, but now that I'm 100% free to focus on it I'm finding it fairly simple to do.

Just remember, it doesn't have to be something super formal unless you plan on approaching a bank or investors with it.

I have a rough draft in place and still making changes to it. I would like to have it finished before Jan 07. Hind sight being 20/20 I wish I would have had it done before opening for business this Feb. However, I am finding that I can tweak things as I learn in the 1st year that I had no clue about when I was writing my rough draft...hands on experience has taught me a lot. Congrats Stephan for finishing yours!

Kathleen, at least you have something to work with! From the sounds of it, doesn't seem like your doing to bad without one!
