So my insurance with 2 full time, 1 listed as additional insured, stating the business is not concentrated in any particular area of cleaning. Also no cleaning of retail locations during business hours, offices are okay. The price just over $1200. For a first time venture, in NY, I'm now thinking this might be average. Still need workers comp though.
