I know when you just start your cleaning service that it is real hard to get those first clients because they always want to know how many years you have been in business and they want to check your references.
I think the best approach to this is to let clients know that, yes you are a new company but you have done extensive research on the cleaning business and you have sought advise from seasoned pros in the cleaning business and assure clients that you are very capable of taking care of their cleaning needs to their satisfaction. Show confidence. It always impresses clients.
Also, to get some good references, you should ask some family members or friends if you can clean for them for some references.
