Can anyone send me a sample contract, so I get a basic idea how to write one up. Or if there's a place where you buy them and sort of fill in the blanks please let me know.

What kind of contract are you looking for? Residential, Commercial, Windows, etc? There are some very good examples in the forms section here.

Join IJCSA and you have access to all the forms you need. It's also tax deductible.
