We don't do a lot of industrial but we generally start bidding at 30.00 per man hour. What do you charge per man hour?

One of my favorite sayings Plus,Plus,Plus. You should on every proposal take time to do a proper cleaning supply evaluation. How much hard supplies and chemicals needed to perform the job right? Never more true on industrial accounts. Example Normal commercial you might get 2-3 weeks out of a mophead where industrial might be a day. Make sure if your providing supplies you take this into consideration.
