I have received my first call back now I have to give a bid. The space is small about 1600 sq. ft of open space with two desks set up, conference table and 2 single restrooms. Not much traffic and he only wants service once per week. So I was thinking $150 to $200 per month? I really want to get my first client. Please Help!  |

You need to decide what your minimum cleaning price will be. If this is your first and only client take the account at a fair rate for a good reference.

I have a small account that I do once per week. It takes me less than one hour. I charge $130.00 per month plus the sales tax. I wouldnt go over $150.00 for something this small if it were me  Linda |
