HI nita25, I'm glad to see someone else is from Delaware on here! I would say to pay employees by using quickbooks program or just write a check out of business account. You will need to pay State and Fed taxes. That info can be obtained from the IRS website and the State of Delaware website. Good Luck

HI Nita25 I am from lower New Castle County. How long have you been in the business? Hope you found the info on paying employees.

A lot of banks offer payroll services, the bank i deal with take all taxes, direct deposit, electronic tax payments, and does my w-2 filings for me .So far not bad the fee is not much depending on how many employees you have an whether or not they will have direct deposit .This is my first year taking taxes from my employees,so i will see how they prepare everything for for filing.

You can also try Paychex.com and have them do your payroll and workman's comp together. Torrey
