What kind of time saving tools do you use? One of the things we use to save time is a utility type belt that you can hang large and small trash liners on and it has a couple of pouches for clean and dirty rags. We also have a spray bottle that is attached to the belt through a loop. The spray bottle bottom has a hose attached to it which is attached to a battery operated sprayer. (very light weight) We use these tools for large areas that have a lot of flat surfaces to dust and the belt can hold enough bags to do a 3 story building comfortably.

Batman , can you post a pic of that utility belt? Sounds cool.
In most of our building we have switched over to bucketless mop systems. We have also started to order dust mops with velcro backing that can be used with this bucketless mop system to eliminate having to put a dust mop set up in every building as well.
We are switching over to a Hydrogyn Peroxide based chemical to replce a fe wof the other chemicals. This should save time by only having to carry th one bottle to perform multiple tasks. We use the butchers RTD chemical dispensing system that also saves time & operator error when mixing chemicals.

Brian,
After reading your post I went and got some bucket less mops. 3m They seem to work well on flat floors but if you use them on a floor with deep grout they leave dirt in the crack. Which mop are you using and do you use different heads
Thanks Wray
