I have a quick question regarding giving your customers discounts.
Where do you guys account for this? Do you
A.) Pull it out of overhead costs B.) Pull it out of supply costs C.) Pull it out of profits D.) Pull it out of worker pay E.) Quote them higher F.) Something else
Please help I'm very anxious to answer this question

My lowest rate ($45/hr) is my discount. It just goes out of company profits in the long run.
What kind of discounts are you considering? I give a military discount as one of my main programs.

Torrey,
I pulled the sample residential service agreement from your site, and modified it to fit our company. I read in there that there was a 5% discount for prepaid monthly services, and I really liked the idea. I was just not sure where to account for it. My business partner didn't understand fully when I told her that we would simply quote the house at a bit more than the lowest rate and then the discount would be the base price. But I think I have the general idea now. Thank you so much, again.
