I do not think this question has yet been answered on this board. The results vary. You can create a google adwords account and set your daily budget. It can be $1 a day, upto thousands of dollars a day. The account allows you to be in the pay per click market. Your ad`s that you create will be placed above the search rankings. So if you would create lets say an ad for Tampa Bay Janitorial Service, and a possible consumer types those keywords into a google search engine. Your ad has a good chance being in the top ten of the ad`s.
The budget stops when you want the budget to stop.Your in absolute control. So if you choose $3 bucks a day, and google estimates your click rate at .20 cents a click you would get 15 clicks for the day. But will it really work, will you get jobs? Maybe, many internet users have no idea when they do a search that those first ten listings or so are ads, so you might get some clicks to your website. Even if you have a nicely optimized site, being the first selection at the top of google is a benefit. You have to have a clear website though. Your contact information present on the top right corner, most of the users that click on the ad`s are not the most savvy so not getting them lost on your site is what your goal is.
You can cancel your program at anytime or enhance your program at anytime. Make sure to track it, ask customers calling you where did they find your ad. Sometimes larger google adsense users go as far to creating special landing pages, with special phone numbers so they know just how many calls compared to clicks their receiving.
