hi there, i usually go to different sites to promote my cleaning bussiness which is absolutely better than my competitors but i would like to create a survey in order to get the feed back from the places that i promote. So... i was thinking to create a survey and i would like your sugestions about what i could add to my survey : 1. Do you have a cleaning service ? 2. How would you characterize the quality of your cleaning service ? --poor --satisfactory -- good -- exceptional 3. What are few things that you like about your cleaning crew /cleaning service ? 4.What is that you dont like about the service that you have ? 5. Is any change you would like to make to improve the cleaning of your office ? So here i came so far , but please let me know your ideeas because i really like the imput i get from you guys..... What else do you think it is missing here in this survey to make it sound better ??

I personally like to let clients volunteer any negatives they have about any cleaning service. I also try not to back up their opinions but instead promote myself. You want all the positive in the air you can have. Most of the bad cleaning services will put down their competition. You want to stand out from that crowd. If I were to do a survey of this type it would have questions like, Do you like having extra time to do your job? Do you like working in a clean environment? Do you like a fresh smell of clean in your work environment? Do you like knowing that if you have a cleaning service that they are professional, reliable, and do great work? The point here is that you always want them to say yes. Do not ask questions that give them an option to say No. It is Yes that you want installed in their brain waves. So that they will more likely not say No to what you have to offer. That is the way I try to approach customers. Sometimes I have to step back and remind myself but I do feel like it works and it will also give you a more professional look and promotes greater ethics in your company. Even if they say No they will remember how nice you were and the positives will remain in their mind instead of remembering any negatives. Hopefully they will call you back to say yes after they are tired of dealing with the negatives. Pay attention when a sales person callls you. They say stuff to me like, Dan would you like to make more money? If I think it is another scam or unlikely benefit then I say NO. It really throws them off. They think a minute and say , Wow it must be nice. Yea its pretty nice I say. Then they will say , well if you ever do give us a call and they hang up. Sales people know the value of getting a customer to say Yes as many times as they can.
