Hello everyone,
I'm in the process of starting a commercial/residential cleaning services and am currently in the stage of looking for equipment. I have come across many brands and models, but honestly do not know which machines I should purchase. I'm not looking for the best brands, just ones that will get the job done at a good price. If you guys were starting your business all over again which brand and model would you get for the below listed items: Floor scrubber Carpet extractor system Window washing system Pressure washer Standard vacuum Backpack vacuum
Also, if you can recommend a vendor that would be great.
Thank you in advance for your time and help.
Mike

If i'm starting a business, I'm not sure I'd be using funds to purchase the equipment you discussing. At least, not until I've got contracts to warrant them. Money tied up in assets isn't making you anything. At any rate, I;m from Canada so my choice of equipment won't mean much but here goes.
Floor scrubber: Just purchased a Clark CFP 20" and beautiful machine. dont' buy a Windsor Carpet extractor: I rent , so no opinion Window washing: Unger Pressure washer: Karcher Standard vacuum : Numatic Henry :(Ours have been running 15 years with only the belts for the power head needing to be changed. Cannister model Upright model: Eureka commercial, Sanitaire commercial Backpack: Pro Team
